We fit 8 adults to a 60″ table comfortably. 9 probably would have been okay if at least one of them was a little kid. We also had a 48″ table that fit 6 adults.

We had 60 inch rounds and 8 was comfortable. 9 would have been incredibly tight and uncomfortable, and 10 would have been completely miserable.

jmcraig619: 72″ rounds hold between 8 and 10 people comfortably. A smaller table and I would think 9 people would be a bit tight.
